- Not yet enterprise-grade. A real bank has multi-region active/active, chaos engineering, formal change advisory boards, SOC2 compliance audits, and a 24/7 SRE rotation. We are aiming at "small fintech that has not burned its customers yet", a meaningful gap above where we are now.
- Not a one-time push. Phase 5's discipline tooling is the part that matters long-term. The shiny infrastructure changes (Swarm, multi-host) decay without the practices around them.
- 2026-05-12: adopted. Replaces the implicit "the server + Watchtower" model that produced 3+ outages in 24 hours.
